James earned degrees in Horticulture and Business from NC State University. He is passionate about building a unique and impactful business and collaborating with a team of dedicated and driven professionals. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, wake surfing, and spending time with his yellow lab Leroy.

Dana is a spirited Maryland native with a passion for exploration. She spends her free time traveling the world and embracing new adventures. Her adventurous spirit and keen insights enrich our team every single day.

Tyler Drumm has been a dedicated member of Lawrence Landscape Group for over two years, bringing a wealth of horticultural knowledge and a strong work ethic to every project. In his free time, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, building new relationships, and spending time on the lake.

As a Production Manager at Lawrence Landscape Group, Rolando brings over two decades of knowledge and experience in managing daily routes and weekly site properties. He is a certified spray technician, with ground-level irrigation skills and a vast knowledge of flowers, shrubs, and turf care and maintenance.. A hands-on leader, Rolando works alongside supervisors and crew members on site, sharing the expertise he has acquired throughout his 20 years in the landscaping industry to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service in the Carolinas. He holds himself and his teams to the highest standards, with the goal of preparing them for any situation they may encounter in the field while leaving a lasting impression on clients.

Outside of work, Rolando enjoys unwinding with evening strolls through the neighborhood with his two huskies, taking in the greenery and fresh air. He also cultivates a vegetable garden where he grows tomatoes, cucumbers, and jalapeños—produce he enjoys incorporating into his home-cooked meals.

Chris brings many years of experience in landscaping and lighting, along with a passion for helping the next generation of workers build their skills and leadership abilities. He is known for holding himself and his team accountable, turning challenges into opportunities for growth. A strong believer in leading by example, Chris is approachable, easy to work with, and enjoys living out our core values of Fun and Passion.

Outside of work, Chris can often be found hanging Christmas lights, spending time with his fiancée, or relaxing with his dog.

With over 15 years in the green industry, Ken Harrison specializes in commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, and construction. He delivers high-quality, sustainable solutions tailored to each client's needs. Beyond his professional work, Ken enjoys family time with his wife Chelsea, their one-and-a-half-year-old son, and four-year-old daughter. He loves golf, beach trips and making lasting memories outdoors.

Connor Cherry has nearly a decade of experience in landscape and hardscape design. He has a strong interest in improving outdoor spaces and fostering business development. At Lawrence Landscape Group, he focuses on client relations, strategic project planning, and sustainable practices to drive business growth. Outside of work, Connor enjoys lake days, beach trips, and quality time with his wife, Anna, and their son, Henry.

Kate is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the creative force behind Lawrence Landscape Group’s social media presence. She manages all things brand-related, capturing the company’s identity through photography, videography, and content creation. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.

Scott has been immersed in the landscape industry since his teenage years, driven by a lifelong passion for transforming outdoor spaces. His dedication shines through in his work with Lawrence Landscape Group, where he brings expertise and commitment to every project. Outside of work, Scott enjoys hunting, fast cars, and quality time with his family.
